The brand new Nuf Said album is out now! This is a collection of meaningful music, co-written by Ioana Vintu and myself! This album is a departure from our last album "Rise" which was a more minimalist approach to our own take on jazz, funk and soul music. We threw the kitchen sink at this one! We're insanely proud of this new music and you can stream it in all the usual spots. Featuring a crazy list of incredible musicians and good friends:
Ioana Vintu - vocals/compositions
Max Darche - trumpet
Andrew Gould - soprano and alto sax/flute/compositions
Jimmy O'Connell - trombone
Mark Dover - clarinet
Matt "Pedals" Loescher - guitar
Julian "J3PO" Pollack - keys/synth
Ben Hoffmann - piano/keys/synth
Nick Marks - piano/keys/synth
Addison Frei - piano/rhodes
Camilo Molina - percussion
Johannes Felscher - electric bass/upright bass
Peter Kronreif - drums/percussion

Andrew Gould x Steven Feifke duo "This I Dig"
I've always wanted to record an album of some of my favorite standards, and to change things up I thought it would be extra fun to record in a less common format - piano and saxophone! This upcoming album features one of my absolute favorite musicians, Steven Feifke, on the piano. We have 2 singles out already which you can stream below. Stay tuned for more announcements about the album release date!

Just In Time Broadway show
Excited to announce that I'm playing with the new musical "Just In Time" starring Johnathan Groff, Gracie Lawrence and Erika Henningsen. This is about the life and music of Bobby Darin! We've been having the BEST time, come check it out! You can also view our recent performances on Late Night with Stephen Colbert, Good Morning America, and the TONY awards (we got 6 nominations!!!).
SK Mouthpieces x Andrew Gould SHINE alto saxophone mouthpiece!
Ridiculously excited to announce that I've been working on an alto saxophone mouthpiece with Stephan Kammerer of SK Mouthpieces! I called him one day a few years ago to ask about how we can come up with the closest possible copy of my vintage NY USA Meyer 6M, from the 60's. Through working with him, dialing it in, and testing many versions over the last few years, we've finally arrived at the goal which has FAR exceeded our expectations. This piece is made from actual hard rubber, and is an exact replica of my piece, copying every dimension (both inside and out) as closely as we could possibly get it. It plays just like my piece, and for anybody that's looking for a vintage NY Meyer.... this is by far the closest and best thing you can find. It has the sound, the feel and the response, it's literally the mouthpiece! Check it out right here https://www.skmouthpieces.com/alto-sax/shine if you're interested! I'll be posting comparison clips and videos soon too!
